How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Orders' section.
What is your return policy?
We offer a flexible return policy. You can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that some exclusions apply for hygiene reasons, such as swimwear and earrings.

How long does shipping take?

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, there is a very limited window to make changes. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is packed.
