Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new fashion finds, but if something isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and head to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original packaging or a secure satchel, ensuring all original tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office or drop-box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
